When choosing representation one should figure out. How they want to be represented? What qualities you want your representation to have? You should check their track record if any. You would be able to tell how they will defend you if their is a problem. Someone without a track record or history it is hard to tell what their made of. Would they folded when the going get tough or will they compromise your trust. You want someone who knows how you think or want things done. These qualities are simple enough but as simple as they are. They are hard to find in the people you may choose to represent you whether legally or in business ventures.
